There is no need to jump us at an event with an 'elevator pitch'. Get in touch through our contact page to organise a time to talk us through your idea. We will do it in a prepared, non-hyped, and considered way to ensure your message gets across and we get our questions answered.

INVESTMENT AMOUNT
We typically invest between $200K and $20M depending on how much your company needs for an 18-month runway.

TIME FRAME
If your pitch deck indicates we could work together we will contact you and organise a meeting. We will then conduct our due diligence and hopefully provide you with a term sheet. Typically the whole process takes less than 10 weeks.

KEEP IT CONFIDENTIAL
We ensure all information you share with us is kept confidential at all times. It is however not practical for us to sign a NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) prior to issuing a term sheet. If we did that's all we’d do all day! This is standard practice though and we are happy to discuss this with you.

As an active, early-stage investor, we allocate substantial time to each new company post-investment by focusing on up to five transactions per year. We act as your trusted advisors, supporting you in all aspects. We work relentlessly to deliver. We always seek to build long-term partnerships with our founders so that we can support them in both good and bad times.

How to source deals?

Always on the lookout for the best founders in South East Asia, you can find us at events, conferences and demo days. We look for resilient and focused founders who are not afraid to fail forward. Our own founding experience has taught us that a seed-stage startup is a work-in-progress, so we are more interested in where you are going than where you are right now. Deals are also referred to us by Australia's early-stage ecosystem including corporate and private accelerators and other advisory partners.
